Possibility of self-collection at no extra charge by appointment only by calling 02-6255805.

Possibility of home delivery by courier for free with purchases over 199.00 NIS free or with purchases under 200.00 NIS an additional NIS 35.

Delivery with the home courier within 5 business days from the day the order was placed - conditional upon the delivery company arriving at the delivery destination in the order, information and the delivery destination is not within the range of the delivery company, contact the customer by phone for information.

Regarding orders placed from Thursday-Saturday, the order is sent out on Sunday. Orders for self-collection will be kept for up to 21 days from the date of confirmation of the order, where it will be canceled and no money will be refunded.

The operating company will not be responsible for a delay in the delivery of the order or non-delivery of an order caused by force majeure and/or events beyond the control of the operating company, including strikes at Israel Post or the delivery company, roadblocks, etc.
